Finding a great cauliflower pizza in NYC is not east, especially as many local options have declined in quality. However, La Rustica truly stands out. I first ordered through Uber Eats and was very impressed by freshness and overall quality of the pie. When I visited in person, it was even better--fresh, perfectly crispy, and absolutely delicious. If you're looking for top-tier cauliflower pizza, this place is a must-try. Highly, highly recommended!
I had the cauliflower pepperoni pizza and it was a great keto friendly version. Flavors of a NY pizza were all there. A good overall option if you are gluten free or keto.

My kids live on the UES and once, brought in dinner from La Rustica. Besides the main entrees we each ordered, someone decided to add a plain pizza to the order. I finished my salad and before I started on my entree, I had a slice as an "appetizer". Holy sh*t !!! This pizza was the best I've ever eaten. There's something about the crust that I never have tasted and eaten before. We live in NJ and head into the city to see my " crew" pretty often and when we leave their building, I whip out my phone and order a large pizza to take home to the burbs. Plenty of pizza here in NJ but, I haven't ordered pizza locally in over a year ! We only eat pizza from La Rustica (UES location) but, I'm sure their other place is just as good.
Call me crazy but something about their crunchy bottom plain pizzas that have me coming and craving for more! Packaging was well done, no mess or overly oily pizza. Don't sleep on this place! I've only ordered delivery so can't comment on their in store service or ambiance.
